Five KCPE officials have been captured in West Pokot County for supposedly engaging in exam cheating.
Affirming the occurrence, the county commissioner Apollo Okello said a PTA instructor Vincent Lorma was found taking pictures of science test question paper in the test room utilizing his Mobile telephone at Kapterema Primary School in Pokot North Sub County.
Okello called attention to that no educator is permitted to be in the school compound during test period and thought about how a similar instructor sneaked into the test room.
The official stated, they are researching the explanation for taking photographs while students were sitting for their science paper.
“All educators are not permitted to be in their schools during test period and just focus supervisors who are the head instructors are commanded to be in control. We are researching who permitted him and why he was taking photographs in the test rooms,” he said.
Apollo included that those captured with the instructor were focus administrator Flora Soprin, the boss John Limangura, the invigilator Godfrey Ochieng and the national police reservist Longolekau Lonyangiro who was keeping an eye on the school.
He said the five guilty parties who are being held at Kacheliba police headquarters will be summoned under the watchful eye of the court in Kapenguria law courts.
Apollo said the course of action has been made and new authorities conveyed to ensure day 3 test is done as planned.
“We will not permit any room of duping and those arranging during the KCSE won’t be saved. The sum total of what hardware have been set up to make sure that the structure four tests happen easily,” he said
